How can I make an online order?

1. Choosing jewelry and ordering

• In order to select an item that you want to buy, you have to select the ”Buy” option situated next to each product.
• After selecting the jewelry, you can initiate the order by selecting the “My jewelry box” button – situated at the right corner of the page – and than by clicking the option “Initiating order”
• If you want to finish your shopping list you have to select the number of products you want to receive and than click the “Update” button.
• You can send your order immediately after filling in the delivery information (name, address, telephone number etc.) by clicking the “Send my order” button;
• After initiating the order, one of our consultants will contact you in order to confirm it.

2. Delivery

In order to take possession of the products you have bought, you can choose between the following options:

You can use a fast courier service (Courier (Fan Courier) / Romanian Post)

• The pack is delivered within 5 working days of making the order to the address given in the order form by Fan Courier (if the shipping address is the scope of courier service, delivery will be made by Romanian Post );
• The fee for delivery by Fan Courier is 8.5 Lei for delivery in Bucharest and 13 Lei for deliveries in the country, the fee for delivery by the Romanian Post is 22 lei.

You can take the products yourself in our store

You can choose to lift the jewelry you ordered online directly from our shop, on 91-93 Calea Victoriei Street, District 1, Bucharest.

3. Payment

You can pay your order in cash, when you receive it by fast courier service, and cash or credit card when you lift your order at our store.

You can also pay your order by using Charlotte M. vouchers as follows:

• You can use the vouchers wording 10 and 20 lei in order to buy items with a minimum worth of 50 lei;
• You can use the vouchers wording 50 lei in order to buy items with a minimum worth of 130 lei;
• You can use the vouchers wording 100 in order to buy items with a minimum worth of 230 lei.
